When we were wandering around town and saw your open house sign, we thought we would look at the house you were showing. As it turned out it was too much beyond our budget at the time. We really discussed very little with you about what we wanted or could afford but were pleasantly surprised when you called and had lined up several properties for us to view. We thought perhaps our low budget would not make it worth your while to look around for us. We were certainly wrong. We had a very good cross section of properties and most of them would have been ok to live in. As it turned out we found the perfect property with a house the size and age we wanted, a heated workshop and a park like setting. We have enjoyed our relocation very much and will certainly be calling you if we decide to purchase another house and sell this property. We had a poor experience with the agent in selling our previous house and you certainly made up for their shortcomings and made our move the best one we have ever done. Finding the perfect home twice!
We met Christine Smith a few years ago at an Open House in Meaford, as my husband and I were exploring real estate on a Sunday afternoon. We occasionally took drives from Mississauga to the Georgian Triangle to look around, as it was our intention to settle in a country home up north once we both retired. Our meeting with Christine was the first of many! Christine impressed us with her warm demeanor and friendly manner. Over the course of the following couple of years, Christine would send us information on homes she thought would interest us. We would choose three or four properties and Christine would always accommodate us by arranging to view the properties on a day of our choice. Thanks to Christine, we purchased a charming one and a half storey post-and-beam house in Singhampton, just over four years ago, which was an excellent starting point for us. We asked Christine to keep us informed of other properties with more acreage and additional house amenities, as we knew that eventually we wanted to upgrade. She was very helpful over the next couple of years and again, thanks to Christine, she found the lovely home where we now live in Meaford. The sale of our house in Singhampton and purchase of our new place in Meaford, all handled by Christine with ease and diligence, was indeed an enjoyable experience.
