Mariners Haven is a community in Collingwood which emulates a quaint seaside village. This neighbourhood is located on the northern spit of the marina in Collingwood Bay and consists of semi-detached townhomes for a close-knit and private community. Living spaces can vary from three to four bedrooms, and the architectural style uses oriel windows to provide water views and amazing natural lighting.

Although Mariners Haven provides residents with optimal peace and privacy, it is mere minutes from dining and shopping in downtown Collingwood, as well as wilderness trails in the nearby preserve lands. This makes it an ideal location for outdoor enthusiast and boaters, but with modern entertainment just a walk away.

All units feature a waterfront property and small private docks in a deep harbour, as well as garages and well sized decks. The community also has tennis courts, an outdoor pool, and private road access for residents, making it both exceptionally safe and pedestrian friendly. The limited number of units in Mariners Haven is intended to keep the community culture preserved while responsibly integrating it with the natural surroundings.

The location of Mariners Haven also affords residents easy access to nearby attractions such as the Cranberry Golf Resort and the Craigleith Ski Club. This idyllic community combines the best of natural surroundings and urban pleasures.
